Essential Methods Technical Support

New Essential Methods software license owners are entitled to thirty days of free technical support (via e-mail) starting the date of purchase. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase an Essential Methods technical support agreement to accompany your software.

Technical Support Agreements

Essential Methods support agreements entitle owners to receive support via e-mail from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET for a period of one year. Support agreements are renewable on an annual basis.

Essential Methods support agreement owners are entitled to a free upgrade to any new product releases occurring during their support agreement ownership period (for example from v2.5 to v3.0). Essential Methods support agreement owners will be notified via e-mail when product upgrades or enhancements are released and available, and will have immediate download access to those upgrades and enhancements.
